It seems that all of this commercial development will attract a lot more residential development to the areas adjacent to all of these projects.

I agree that there would be a bitch-fest about the Chinatown Parking lot. That’s why my idea has long been a major development that includes a large parking garage. Even that would be better than surface parking.
