all of the new crossings are open at the grade separation project surrounding Hillsdale Station in San Mateo. this is 25th St
the northernmost office building is coming along
it abuts the second crossing at 28th St, which passes under the relocated Hillsdale station
31st St
which in turn runs adjacent to the southernmost office building's excavation
the one just south of Belmont station is still just mostly dirt
same for the one in San Carlos
