The Albuquerque Journal has a story about the $56 million in bonds the city is considering to pay for the second round of pandemic stimulus construction projects across the city. The story includes a pic of the area of the proposed at-grade rail crossing at Marquette Avenue.

A rendering of what the rail crossing may look like. The crossing is a piece of the Rail Trail, but it also is intended to better connect the Glorieta Station project and Innovation District on the east side of the tracks with the Warehouse District, Convention Center and the rest of Downtown Albuquerque proper on the west side of the tracks.

Pics of the CNM Max Salazar Hall renovation and expansion which is almost complete. The project included a total renovation of the existing building and the construction of an addition in front of the building which created an atrium space between.

Pics of the completed CNM/APS joint-use facility, the Education Collaborative building. It sits just southeast of Max Salazar Hall. It houses two APS schools, the magnet College & Career High School and the charter Native American Community Academy. Two CNM programs are also housed in the building, the Teacher Education and Early Childhood programs.
