Wow, nice find! It looks like this new proposal takes full advantage of the
new 450' height limit added by the Transbay Plan. Just eyeballing that rendering, it looks like it's 40+ stories.
The Transbay Plan suggested that the building on this parcel could have a
direct connection to the Transit Center, but none is depicted here.
The rear design reminds me of a
skinny residential tower in Manhattan, although that one is on a much skinner lot.
