The north side base of the PAC (the side with the outdoor terrace) has a different material for the exterior than the other base sides, which have the usual black granite.
The fencing installation for the outdoor terrace also has metal bars rather than the glass barriers previously shown in renders.
Meanwhile, it looks like much of the plaza to the west of the PAC still remains to be paved over. While the slanted section of the south facing entrance has also yet to have the black granite exterior installed, black granite installation appears to be progressing around the ADA accessible entrance on the southwest side of the PAC.
