The video ends with a render of what the site will look like (absent 2 WTC) when the PAC is expected to open in 2023.
The render shows the black granite base and an American flag in between One WTC and the PAC on the eastern plaza, just like in the original render of the finished PAC that was
released in September 2016. However unlike that video, there is no monolith sculpture near the southwest PAC, which was removed in the renders released in July 2021
