The only thing I liked about the project is the fact that unlike the Rivers Casino (SugarHouse for old school folks), this project has a hotel and Philadelphia needs as many hotels as possible. I'm still surprised that Rivers Casino hasn't followed up with an attached hotel, considering that it's nearby the Delaware River plus the views to NJ and a Delaware River hotel would do wonders for the casino, however the developers never placed a hotel and instead placed a gambling house on what's supposed to be prime real estate on the Delaware River.

A little bit off topic, but I'm hoping the the 76ers as well as the city and the state keep the team in the Wells Fargo Center. There should absolutely no excuse why the 76ers should move out of the WFC and even consider building their own arena. New York, Boston, Chicago, DC, LA, and now Detroit are able to host NBA and NHL teams in their respective arenas and I don't understand why Philadelphia is all of a sudden having problems hosting both the Flyers and 76ers. This needs to be rectified immediately!
