First Canadian Place is too boxy and bland for me. The only thing going for it is that it remains as Canada's tallest skyscraper. For me, the most beautiful skyscraper in TO is the Scotia Plaza. Love its colour and how its shape changes depending on which side/angle you are looking from.
Among its older buildings, I love the Bank of Commerce building which is right across Scotia Plaza.
Its observation deck is decorated with huge art deco faces and offers a great view of downtown.
