His first priority is to clean out and restore the post office building to create a blank canvas for retail and hotel designers to work with. He also must win over several groups, including historical preservationists to the City Council and the eventual investors.

Obviously I'm not suggesting that we will see 2000 footers, but maybe (fingers crossed) Davies will do more than just sit on the property and hope to flip it.
Either way, I was not expecting to see a story on this today.
