The Boise Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, May 6, recommended approval of a zone change requested by Collegiate Development Group for a 1.8-acre parcel at 270 E. Myrtle St. The St. Louis, Missouri, company is seeking the change to build a seven-story building with either apartments or condominiums. The application will now go before the Boise City Council at a meeting not yet scheduled.
