According to permits, 1288 East 19th Street will have 37 units spread over 40,078 square feet of residential space, yielding small family-sized apartments. The structure will rise 80 feet (the maximum height in R7A districts), and have no parking. Steve Hidary, of Hidrock Realty Inc., is the developer.
