I do hope though the mask mandates in Chicago lift sooner than later. When I was in Boystown right before London, the mask mandate had just kicked back in, but once inside the bars, people weren't wearing masks.

The mask mandate inside restaurants/bars is a little silly given that you're allowed to remove it while eating/drinking and anybody who is vulnerable probably shouldn't be eating inside a restaurant. As the husband of a 31-week-pregnant wife, I'm glad the mask mandate is still in place for stores / public transit / my condo building hallways / my workplace, etc. though.
