A new $80 million mixed-use development, known as The Pearl at Wildhorse Creek, broke ground in Chesterfield last September near the southwest corner of Interstate 64 and Wild Horse Creek Road.

The first phase of Wildhorse includes 188 apartments. Phase two of the project includes 25,000-square-foot retail space, 128-room Marriott AC hotel and conference center, and an upscale restaurant at 16511 Wild Horse Creek Road.
