Toll Brother City Living’s new West Village residential project is almost finished. Known as 100 Barrow Street, the 26-unit building rises a modest 11 stories from the cobblestoned corner at Barrow and Greenwich streets. The exterior of the Barry Rice-designed building features a red-brick façade with a rounded corner along its lower floors and a sparkling glass and brass volume above. Since we last covered the project, we’ve been eagerly awaiting the protective netting to be taken down from its upper floors. Now, the avid photographer known as Field Condition has captured these exceptional shots of the bipartite design.
