I second this. This area is nowhere near "ground-zero" level bad. Like you said it's also very active with many businesses. The area has great bones, and transit options, but needs some TLC to lift it up. Hopefully the project can change the Beury building from a "beacon of blight" into a sign of confidence like the Divine Lorraine. One day soon we'll look back on both of them, I'm sure, and think about how insane the idea of not one but two vacant highrises on N Broad St is.
