The facade panels at the corner (made of aluminum probably) look like they are installed on clip angles over a mineral wool insulation.
The glazing looks like it will just be a basic storefront glass, the whole facade is just a basic black storefront (or maybe a custom dark gray color) and then there are elaborate clip-on pieces for the columns and slab edges.
