Regarding the area by the Sports Complex. Many of the buildings east of the complex are part of the port complex, specifically for fresh produce. Considering the Philadelphia port has created a niche for handling produce, I don't know if these buildings are going anywhere.

Harrah's and Sugarhouse will be hit the hardest when the new one opens. Valley Forge casino is rock solid with all of the mainline wealth + upper middle class Montco.
