Ski slope sounds like a cool idea. We have to think of the bigger picture and thats people who will use it as a form of recreation in the region, and visitors. IDK, I think its cool. More recreation is always good. Gives people more options I guess. I would love something like this in NJ. Depends though who you ask; if you like shopping or the types of recreation offered.
Although I will agree on one thing that will be negative about this, and thats traffic. To be fair, congestion will suck. Its already bad, and this adds to it, but economically, its good for the region.
