Definitely would require another bridge and probably widening an existing one. That said, both the water taxi from Union/Ogilvey and The 606 provide very easy access. If the Cubs can get 40k to Wrigley 80 times a year, 70k to Lincoln Yards on 10 Sunday mornings seems doable.
EDIT: Now that I think about it, the whole point is to have more than 10 events annually. It is a valid concern.
