My guess is that it will be delayed and possibly not built. Most firms are now reevaluating their office needs, and in many cases reducing their needs. Although Citadel has done well, I'm guessing that Griffin knows how fortunes can change quickly for even a high flying company - look at the recent bank failures and even Saleforce.com. There seems to be enough office space in Miami to accommodate his needs until this economic uncertainty clears...
