Updates on Oakland's 3 under construction tower projects:
1950 Broadway (39 floors/395ft): looks just about topped out, with facade installation most of the way up. It's looking quite prominent on the skyline from a lot of angles.
1510 Webster (19 floors/187ft): As Homebucket shared in the project thread, foundation pour has begun, and I spy a crane base.
2359 Harrison (16 floors/178ft): Up to the third floor, construction remaining active. Feels like this one has been slow to rise so far.
Also note Vespr is complete across the street, with a pretty nice street presence on the corner.
