It makes drawing these out loads easier and faster and more accurate since I can just trace over the elevation drawings that are usually included.

At Austin Build + Connect https://www.austintexas.gov/abc-applications you can search for any site application by address, name or date. Many will have elevations included, if they are subject to any kind of overlay (CVC, Waterfront, Parks, Creeks, etc.) because they are needed to prove they are in compliance with the overlay. Also, Downtown Density Bonus projects will often have elevations included, but not all.
