Lettuce Entertain You announced the names of its two restaurants that will open next year in the St. Regis Chicago.
The first restaurant, Miru, is expected to open next spring in tandem with the hotel, which has experienced delays. "Miru" is the Japanese verb for "view," and will have two terraces and an 11th-floor dining room that overlook the Chicago River and Navy Pier.
