Video shows uncommonly filmed view of One WTC from a high rise building south of the WTC site. The camera pans to the east from a view of the Hudson River, to the WFC, to traffic on West Street and then to the the base of One WTC, zooms in and pans up the length of the building to the roof and spire, and then zooms out. Camera briefly pans back west, then pans farther east and zooms in to view of the top of 7 WTC and Midtown Manhattan in the background, before again panning from west to east, showing 3 WTC, 4 WTC, 125 Greenwich Street and One Liberty Plaza.
