Not only should DART pay up, but Maryland through MDOT should as well. Cecil County is in our metro area and should be served by the R2. Not only that, but most of our locomotive engineers have already operated trains out to Maryland, as locomotive engineers who wish to run trains on the Wilmington/Newark Line have to qualify out to BACON Interlocking (North East, MD). I would love to see SEPTA serve Perryville, or Elkton at the very least.
