Agreed. I think the PC approved it with a condition that a number of those spaces would be open for public use. Apparently they also have an agreement with the office building directly west for 75 spaces.
While it's definitely over-parked, it's still good to see a building with
three commercial spaces approved on 700 S (2 retail, 1 restaurant).
