Definitely think the work on Victoria Avenue (Albert Street to Broad Street) was worth it and 11th Avenue (Albert Street to Broad Street) will also be. 11th Avenue is an absolute eyesore (the sidewalks alone). But yes, the Regina construction season is never fun. Lol.

The intersection right outside of the Globe Theatre across from the Cornwall Centre needs attention. New sidewalks and curbs, more trees, new benches, maybe a new bus shelter with brighter lighting under the bridge. Better lighting in general.

I also would love the city to put electrical outlets for each tree cell along 11th Avenue so that they can string lights on each tree or portions of to create something like this…
