Cleveland has a beautiful old core that has so much underutilized potential. Hell, its criminally underutilized. Projects like this, if they provide a lively pedestrian presence, will give Cleveland a big leg up to reach that potential.

luckily, i think the one thing this project has the least to worry about is street presence. the developer is a life style mall guy:
