it's haaaappening.
that is great news.
since they down-scaled to more a more pedestrian design to get it done, i hope they adjust a bit more and try to make better use of some of those leftover over roof spaces. i also hope they also keep the cleveland live/laneway area on the ground level.
otherwise bravo.
looks good, it's on a great site and it will be an instant success.
