Not sure why 642 N Dearborn is under consideration when 650 N Dearborn is way the hell more interesting. I mean, 650 N Dearborn is one of the most distinctively "welcome to the arcane design language of the 19th century" buildings in downtown Chicago.
Agreed that we need more buildings on Wells and Clark. I'd rather see more groups of buildings landmarked than just individual ones
