Yep. It's really pretty crazy. I used to live just north of this and while the lot was maintained well, at least after 2014 or 2015, north of Pearson was a completely different world. OCS is basically going to make it so there's not nearly as much weirdness in the area. I am very excited to see how it transforms the area even more. From Pearson to Delaware on State has undergone quite a transformation from 10 years ago.
