A couple of articles from the Ithaca Times.
First is a planning board summary mostly regarding the Historic Structure recommendation for the old Number Nines firehouse building. This could lead to a big problem for the owners of the building trying to sell it to a developer. I feel sorry for the owners who had planned to retire.

The second article is regarding a proposal for redevelopment of the Green Street garage. This would be the biggest proposal I can remember for the downtown. I do believe this could get messy when the public comments start coming in.
