I am with the General one this one, I like the original ground floor design better than this one. At least the first story window heights were more in line with the surrounding buildings' windows. I think that the vertical lines are distracting and I personally wish that they would have done some type of balcony or covered awning to match the rest of the street character better. With a lot of these high rises, we are loosing the street level urban texture due to the stark differences of the street level design. Having said that, the diversity of it all does make it interesting.
