In general, I agree with you. However, one of the hallmarks of Trump Tower is that it is contextual. It's setbacks were set at the heights of its iconic neighbors, the Wrigley and IBM towers. I really do hope that Renelle is exactly at the same height as the first setback just to further emphasize that contextual design element.
