After looking at FargoStreets.com regarding the 25th Street Reconstruction, it appears that next year they'll FINALLY be widening 13th Avenue S from 38th to 45th Streets. This is excellent news. That spot where 13th turns off onto 42nd and it's down to two lanes is an absolute nightmare during rush hour.
