Ya, condos are a passing phase... Riiiiiight. Because there's clearly no demand for a lower maintenance properties, conveniently located near shops, restaurants, etc... Who'd want that?
Do people realize that Ottawa has the most Baby Boomers per capita than any Canadian city? They roughly represent 1/3 of our city's population. And as they age, guess what, they're going to gravitate towards lower maintenance lifestyle as they retire and downsize.
