In Canada, 67% of our 500+ footers have been built in one city, Toronto. Out of the 63 the nation has built and are UC, 42 are in Toronto. Also, 2 more within a suburban city of Toronto, Mississauga, for a grand total of 70% in the Toronto CMA.
Other cities (metros) that have built 500 footers since 2000 are:
Calgary: 9 - 14%
Vancouver (Burnaby, Surrey): 6 - 10%
Montreal: 2 - 3%
Niagara Falls: 1 - 2%
