And Metrotown mall is completing its 3rd office tower this year, all over 100 meters tall. Metrotown won't be redeveloped any time soon as most of it is relatively new, they are just building a bunch of new major towers (one of them to be the fifth tallest in BC at completion) in the immediate area surrounding the mall. That area is already the metro areas secondary core, in a good 3 or 4 years, it's going to look like a major city of its own.
