Actually, I look at more developments like this and St. Joseph's as context builders. The more buildings around 10 storeys that show up, the easier it will be to make the logical argument that the next 'tall building' should be in the 10-15 storey range - the context would support it.

Although for me, I think 15 storeys around the immediate edges of the hydrostone should be the limit. I think that's comfortable and then higher as you make your way towards Robie or Almon. Then let loose around Young Street.
If I had the influence, I would redevelop as much of Kempt Rd as possible into high-rises. That would certainly make for an interesting drive along Massachusetts Ave.
