I suggest that these canceled projects be a part of the next stage of Manhattan growth after the WTC. We need to reach higher in office buildings as well in residential towers. The demand is always there,and the skyline can be like it was in the early 20th century. ESB can retire as the Metlife would take its place as the tallest in the city and in the country.
