-Four Seasons Hotel & Residence (45-stories) has foundation poured and the red tower crane is being erected!
-Spire (41-stories) has resumed construction, after a new funding source was closed on.
-One Lincoln Park (32-stories) has been structurally topped out with it's nifty curved roof!
-1401 Lawrence (51-stories) pre-sales office reports the units are selling well and the project is on pace to begin construction later this year.
-Two Tabor Center (43-stories) developer reports they are ordering the steel for the project in March and it is a green light for a 2010 completion date.
-1900 16th street (17-stories) is excavated and poised to begin it's ascent.
-Plus more photo updates of several other projects!
