That seems big and bulky... and on a quiet(er) residential street behind, not directly on Carling so I would have some concerns on traffic. I thought this was the other proposal on Carling next to the existing grey one - would've been nice if they had included that one too in the render to get a full view. Wow, this section of Carling has been the new Little Italy now and has sucked up most of the new developments for the past few years.
