The windows could be bigger I guess, but I live in a high rise in vancouver now and even with the weather being milder here it is not possible to live in the unit without AC in the summer. In the spring before the buildings AC is on and it's like 15 degrees out we need to have the windows open at all times, and it still gets to 23-25 indoors.
