HAHA!! Yep, that is accurate. I'm getting rid of my CIBC bank account and credit card. There is no benefit being a customer of that bank. Ironically, I'm keeping my PC Money account and Mastercard which are much better and don't service charge me to death. My wife deals mainly with Scotiabank so I have an account and Visa with them as well which is so-so.
