That article was sort of accurate, as far as new office space goes. There won't be major new office space coming online in the next few years. But as far as new building construction goes? That's something different. We already know that new skyscrapers will be rising. The skyscrapers that
have been under construction are nearing completion. As anyone knows, that will only be followed by
more construction. In other words, the perceived lack of new building is exactly why the new skyscrapers are on the way. Given the length of time it takes to get a skyscraper built, there was always going to be a little "cool off" period until the next giants can make their appearance. But that's far removed from the "end".
