Nice bit of of colour/texture on the waterfront, to replace the (much-despised) massive parking garage blight presently on site. The 71 storey tower is guess-timated around 240 metres or so. Toronto condo market + Canadian economy means that we should be skeptical of any proposal of this scale for now. I doubt this happens.

According to the developer, the sales are there. There's also a major non market housing component suggesting the development is going to be included in any of the municipal, provincial, federal housing accelerators.
This one is very likely going ahead not long after the site is prepped for construction |
