Technically a mid-rise but hard to believe this site will be hosting one building.

Woah, that is incredibly cool.

Wow, awesome.
Will be interesting if they can deliver on the green climbing plants. |
This will be literally "a house of glass" - the exterior cladding (in addition to window glazing) is all glass blocks.
That's the small grid detail you see. There's a mock-up on site but I can't find it lol. Suffice to say the condo corp will have a hefty 'water bill' line item in their monthly maintenance fees. A closer look. https://cdn.skyrisecities.com/sites/default/files/images/projects/9543/9543-81834.jpg https://cdn.skyrisecities.com/sites/default/files/images/projects/9543/9543-81834.jpg https://cdn.skyrisecities.com/sites/default/files/images/projects/9543/9543-101847.jpg https://cdn.skyrisecities.com/sites/default/files/images/projects/9543/9543-101847.jpg |

Gonna be fun to watch this (glass-block clad) cubist puzzle rise this year. Though not pre-fab, inspired in part no doubt by Safdie’s lego Habitat.
