What was the worst concession forced on to a developer in HRM?

My vote, the dome on top of the development at the corner at Salter and Hollis. Can't think of the name of the building right now. It was intended to be a size that was in scale with the development. Council would only let them do a tiny little replica of what was intended. Reminiscent of the Stonehenge scene in Spinal Tap. https://gfycat.com/halfbravedodo
