I like it.

Its unique, thats for sure.

But how do you enter the building?

I really hope that is not how it is meeting the ground. Is there a floor or two missing from the bottom in that render?

Not sure yet if this is a good unique or a bad unique. At the very least, it's definitely going to have people talking about it.

Is this a joke?

I feel like the scaling is off on that render as well. Is it really only going to take up a fraction of that lot?

Some of the other diagrams and renders are better in the PDFs.

I like it, I just feel that the base feels a little cold. I hope there is at least some landscaping and street improvements involved with this project.

I think the picture is just off. Look at how stretched Telus looks, library looks off too

Good luck finding arborists that also have the qualifications to work from swing stages or cranes. I'd love to know what the annual maintenance budget will be for that "look at me" greenwashing.

It's noted in the Letter of Intent that it will be built on spec.

Why? Give us your thoughts please. It is different, it is modern, it is green and since we are limited in height with view cones, we need more of these that are aesthetically pleasing and provoke great conversation.......other than "Is this a joke?" C'mon. And please, others if you will, please lets talk about the importance of forward thinking architecture and like I said, since we need to let the great Mountain of Pleasant see our North Shore mountains while they sit on their patios or balconies sipping their morning and evening coffees reading a newspaper. Oh wait, who reads newspapers anymore?....they are looking at their devices. Randall

I like it, it a great start for the area, and will preclude more striking (limited) mid rise buildings in the Georgia (east end corridor) I invite others to write their comments pro or no.

Me too, a lot. I like the green 'foliage' also, it looks great from street level and I am sure, the office dwellers will have a great view with foliage at their window levels. Nice, would love to work in an office tower like that!:tup:

I don't think it's "on spec" in the true sense; rather a formal commitment for an anchor tenant hasn't been finalized/announced.

The fact that it will be made with steel is really interesting. This thing will shoot up quickly compared to what we're used to in town...

I like this a lot. I do however feel that glazing, and glazing tint will be absolutely critical. With all the seafoam green in the area, I think a 180 swing away from that would work well. Thoughts?

This is pretty cool. Definitely pretty unique.

Maybe flood lighting on the foliage that would be easily installed on opposite protruding blocks (unseen) for evening ambience. This would enhance the greenery nicely.
