This will be a 46-story tower with 232 hotel rooms and 209 residential units.


Hotel, apartment tower planned off Rainey (yes, another one)

A 46-story high-rise is proposed at this site in the Rainey Street Historic District. According to the site plan, it would replace bars Craft Pride, pictured, and Javelina as well as the empty lot seen to the right of Craft Pride.

New elevations were released. The good news is that the site plan is very close to approval, and this looks like it is ready to start as soon as it is approved. The not so good news is that it has gone from 572'/48-stories to 488'/42-stories.
